Our Leadership

  • Founder & Chief Experience Officer (CXO)

Tamara Rebick is an eternal optimist, an organizational leader, strategic thought-partner, community catalyst, experiential educator, generational whisperer and cultivator of "respectful disruption".

She brings strong, results-oriented and collaborative leadership to projects, backed by a proven track record of driving transformative organizational change. Tamara is especially savvy in cultivating stakeholder engagement, relationship-building and curating accessible, inclusive and relevant professional and community growth experiences that speak to a broad spectrum of backgrounds through her “Audacious Authenticity” approach.

Tamara works with local, national and global organizations, consulting on project optimization, re-prioritizing priorities, and designing transformative experiences - often with limited resources. Advising executives, educators and community leaders on addressing "how do we reach the young people?", Tamara’s engagement and culture strategy yields attractive solutions.

Tamara speaks on a range of topics and facilitates interactive professional development training workshops for audiences ranging from teen through adult. She has trained almost four thousand youth, teens, emerging and grown adult leaders to be peer educators, mentors and change agents. She attributes her own leadership acumen to time spent growing up in youth movements, summer camps and being active in university campus life.
