The company name reflects a mash-up of the terms core and periphery, a nod to the comprehensive attitude that drives our results. Holistic consulting solutions speaks to the complete & balanced recommendations we offer for effective evolutionary design and our priority for "organizational wellness".
We have identified a significant need for nuanced professional development and strategy in education and not-for-profit social sector community institutions. Using experiential pedagogy, identity formation theory and community development practices, we can empower any faith-based, community, education and/or social enterprise to thrive. As we strive to advance professional standards and practices common in the private, not-for-profit and broader public sectors, we seek to change the paradigm to enhance program creation and service delivery.
Applying 20 years of practical field experience, and inspired by design thinking and experiential education methodology, we blend our passion for these transformative principles with grassroots community building practices. This unique interdisciplinary approach helps organizations identify and advance their value propositions.
