As we strive to advance professional standards and practices common in the private, not-for-profit and broader public sectors, we seek to change the paradigm to enhance program creation and service delivery.
Applying 20 years of practical field experience, and inspired by design thinking and experiential education methodology, we blend our passion for these transformative principles with grassroots community building practices. About the Founder
Tamara Rebick, Founder & Chief Experience Officer of CORIPHERY Holistic Consulting Solutions, is an eternal optimist, an executive and organizational leader, strategic thought-partner, community catalyst, experiential educator and cultivator of "respectful disruption". She brings strong, results-oriented and collaborative leadership to projects, backed by a proven track record of driving transformative organizational change. Tamara is especially savvy in cultivating stakeholder engagement, relationship-building and curating inclusive, relevant, professional and community growth experiences that speak to a broad spectrum of backgrounds.
Tamara has engaged thousands of youth, teens, emerging and grown adults in exploring and defining their personal and professional identities. In doing so, she has trained hundreds to be peer educators, mentors and leaders amongst their age cohorts. She attributes her own leadership acumen to time spent growing up in youth movements, summer camps and being active in campus life.
Tamara holds a B.A. (Hons) from Queen’s University, a M.Ed in Adult Education & Community Development, Workplace Learning & Change from the University of Toronto, and a Certificate in Experiential Jewish Education from Yeshiva University.
Tamara was recently included in a list by UpStart recognizing the most influential speakers the Jewish and social innovation sector has to offer.
Susanna (Shoshi) Rothschild has spent over a decade working in the non-profit world. Most recently, she held the position of Associate Director at Camp Kinneret-Biluim, where she focused on program development and the overall management and culture of the staff team; including hiring, training, coaching and mentorship, and overall staff satisfaction.
Susanna holds a Master’s degree in Human Systems Intervention from Concordia University, a program that includes aspects of change management, organizational development, and organizational leadership. She specializes in organizational culture, productive change, and employee engagement. She loves working with organizations to help them not just set goals and create shared visions, but also develop action plans to see them through to fruition. Susanna was the recipient of the Foundation for Jewish Camp’s Award for Excellence in Jewish Education at Camp in 2018, and is a proud alumnus of the Yitro Leadership Program.
